1. Acceptance of these terms

By using stonetower.ca you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you contact us or become a client.

2. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Stone Tower Business Solutions, a sales and marketing consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Stone Tower Business Solutions. References to "you" mean the person or organisation using this site.

3. Use of this website

You may read this site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches these terms
• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the content for republication or for training commercial models
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's normal operation for other visitors
• Submit false information, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages

Third party names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. What you send us

When you submit the contact form or email us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website form. If we need to exchange confidential information, we will put a mutual non disclosure agreement in place first.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about our services or this site, you agree we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Consulting engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Pricing structures described on this site, including the assessment fee, retainer plus performance bonus, and commission based arrangements, are illustrations of how we usually work. Actual fees, scope, targets, deliverables, term and termination rights are set out in a written engagement letter signed by both parties before any work begins. Where an engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter governs the work.

8. Third party links and services

This site links to third party websites and uses third party services for hosting, forms, fonts and analytics. We do not control those parties, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you deal with them.

9. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including removing or updating articles, without notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Tower Business Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site or reliance on its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This clause does not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from a signed consulting engagement is governed by that engagement letter, not by this clause.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stone Tower Business Solutions against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site, and you waive any objection to venue in those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to the minimum extent needed to make it valid.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking back occasionally.
